This product number is for our full ventilation crate with the powder coated
finish added to it. Our powder coated aluminum crates are very durable and have
a hard finish because this special coating process is done in two steps. Because
of the two layers of coating on this crate the finish is not only very hard but
that makes it extremely durable. The color is a gray fleck on black giving the
crate a stunning finish. The crate is both powder coated on the interior and
exterior. Our full ventilation crate features ventilation on all four sides. We
designed this crate with air movement in mind and this is a great feature for
those dogs that must remain in their kennel all day. It is costly to produce a
crate of this style because of the time it takes to weld each and every bar and
that is why you don't see aluminum full ventilation crates on the market. This
full side’s ventilation crate measures 36 inches long, 28 inches tall and 24
inches wide. Even though this full ventilation crate is powder coated we have
kept the tread brite on the top, floor and door of the crate. The bottom of the
crate has an inch edge all around the bottom so if your dog has an accident or
gets sick while traveling the liquids are contained in the crate. The door is
made with double layers and it is reinforced. The look of this crate is
stunning. There are 4 recessed rubber coated handles on the crate sides for easy
transport (2 per side). This feature makes carrying the crate safe without
putting your hands in through the bars to move the crate. There is a welded bar
inside the crate side wall to hang a flat sided water bucket so the dog does not
tip over the water and have to be sitting in it while traveling or at training.
You can also hang from the outside of this bar the crate fan (fan sold
separately). This crate is solid construction with a stainless steel locking
door latch. The door can close and latch without being locked but you do have
the option of locking the crate if desired. Additional accessories available for
this crate are: Sun & Rain Cover, 12 volt 14” Blades Crate Fan, Power
Pack, Cedar Floor, Padded Floor, Memory Foam Bed, and the Flat Sided Stainless
Buckets. Because of size all crates ship at the 90# rate even though they do not

by truck. Why do we at make all of our crates out of aluminum materials
and TIG weld these aluminum crates. Aluminum for dog crates and kennels is a
perfect material because it is lightweight, strong, does not rust and best of
all does not absorb the suns heat. We do all of our aluminum welding by the TIG
welding process. TIG welding is a very difficult welding to do and is the
welding process that we use because it is the strongest aluminum weld. TIG
welding is also known as GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding). TIG welding is a high
quality welding process that is used when a precision welding process is
required. To do TIG welding it requires a special TIG welding machine.

is just a beautiful thing to behold. This is a substantial piece of equipment.
Like all of our aluminum crates it is Tig welded. The size of this aluminum dog
kennel crate is 36 inches long, 28 inches tall and 24 inches wide. Most wheel
well widths in trucks, SUVs and vans are 48” wide so you can fit two of any of
our single crates in your vehicle. The crate is made from 1/8” thick
tread-brite finish aluminum, which is extremely thick for crate construction.
All sides of the crate have good ventilation. You can see the dog from all four
sides of this crate. Both side panels have recessed handles which are a great
feature, (total 4 handles). When the handles are not in use they fold down to be
flush with the kennel sides. It has a laser cut double reinforced locking door
with stainless steel locking latch. This latch is an upscale recessed stainless
steel keyed latch. Stainless is the only was to go with latches as they never
corrode or rust. The crate can be locked or unlocked without loosing the
function of the door latch. This crate comes with drilled slot to hang a
water/food pail. Accessories in photos not included they are sold separately.
